I am trying to get in touch with anyone at Captain’s Flat
who works in Canberra full time office hours in Canberra and
is interested in having a passenger.
Please reply to
sue.james AT three.com.au if you can help. It would
possibly be from May – June 07.
Thanks.
Sue.

Palerang Council is
compiling a list of heritage places and items within its
local government area.
This is not a step towards nomintion
for NSW Heritage Office listing, but a local management
tool. Use the
attached form to document a heritage item, i.e. for
Palerang council, a heritage study, a conservation
management plan, or to contribute to the online heritage
databases. For instance heritage items in Captains Flat
include the Bills Water Trough in Foxlow Street, the
Community Hall, and the ball notices by Tex Dearing in the
RSL & Citizens Bowling Club. The Captains Flat
representative on the Palerang Council Heritage Advisory
Committee is
Elizabeth Estbergs. Contact her for more information or
assistance in filling out the
form.
